I am a social entrepreneur, facilitator and coach.
Most of my time now is taken up by running Edventure Frome, a social enterprise that runs courses, micro-enterprises and community spaces to support young adults to create viable, sustainable futures for themselves and their communities. I am also a trustee of Embercombe, and am involved in running some of their programmes.
If you are looking for some interesting courses, here are a few that I initiated…
Edventure Apprenticeship – a free 9-month training in social entrepreneurship.
Catalyst Course – A 5-day residential for young adults who are concerned about social and environmental issues, want to make difference, and find themselves at a crossroads in their lives. Catalyst runs in April, July and September (Open course)
Embercombe Apprenticeship – A year-long learning journey based at Embercombe for people who want to ‘inspire committed action for a truly sustainable world’ (Open Course)
Other courses I’ve been involved with running:
LIFEbeat – arts based youth empowerment. (Open Course)
KidsCo – Personal & Leadership development programme for young adults from London.
Wilderness Foundation – Sirius Environmental Leadership Programme Devon, UK
Crossroads – Embercombe course for postgraduates / mid-career professionals weaving together authentic leadership and sustainability.
Power of Youth – Uniting the most successful young entrepreneurs world-wide to build a better world through business (Open Course).
